Out with the Old…

April 2, 2008 · Written by Jesse · Print This Article

Things are looking a bit different around here… every once in a while, we make some minor edits to the ITKT site. This is not intended to confuse, but rather to repair, clean up or improve.

Websites are like a magazine in many respects, but completely different in others; one of the big differences is that a website is constantly evolving to accommodate new technology, new content and better methods of communicating a message to an audience. Realizing that change is scary, and humans fear change, it is still imperative to occasionally make some updates or edits to the site. We will try to be gentle. As many of you may have noticed, there are a few things that have gone a bit wonky over the past six months, as well as some stuff that just plain wasn’t satisfactory.

In order to improve upon the experience of visiting In the Know Traveler, we have completely overhauled the code, design and underlying structure to make it faster, easier and more convenient to get your travel fix. We hope you like the changes, and please feel free to drop us a line or leave a comment below this message and let us know how we are doing. Thanks.

Thanks Steve, we’ve been working on this for a while, and w have a lot of new ideas and content coming to the site soon enough. This new layout will help all of that happen and more.

Got something to say?
