Sailing in the BVI

It was just over a year ago when Clive of British Virgin Islands Tourism turned ITKT readers on to the Painkiller, a popular inebriant on the British Virgin Islands. This year, Clive is back with more of the low-down about sailing the islands and making friends with the locals.
