Eileen has lived in the suburbs, in the tropics, in the Big city, by the beach, in a Redwood forest and in a small fishing village in year-round snow where dinner was often crab and Polar Bear meat. Her passions are travel, language, food and dance. She is a student, social activist, and mother exploring the world to know something worth telling her children. Eileen currently resides in Hawaii.
