We didn't understanding what they were, and went with what she recommended. It ended up being tripe in a stewy sauce. Being Mexican, tripe was nothing new to me, but for the others, they went a little hungry that day. Reading your article, I'm just glad I didn't end up with bull penis or hooves. Eek!
