A wise guy in the treasury of Topkapi Palace in Istanbul tried to take pictures of the Spoonmaker  Diamond with his cellphone, although photography was strictly forbidden by huge signs. And then he complained when the Turkish security guard became, let&#039;s say, temperamental!</description>
