I have always enjoyed big delicious meals with cranberries, Mom’s homemade stuffing, and chatting with friends and family on Thanksgiving. However, while I watch the Macy’s Day Parade on television today, It would seem that much of the celebrations come from the perspective of the Europeans settlers of America.
